What happens to fire-damaged debris?

Burned debris is sorted on-site - recyclable metals, clean concrete, and general waste are routed appropriately. Any suspected hazardous materials (asbestos, lead paint, refrigerants) are tested and handled by licensed crews.

Can the foundation stay?

Sometimes. After a fire, the structural engineer evaluates the foundation - if it is sound, you can build on it; if compromised, it has to be removed. Mavco handles both scenarios.
